Ana

Founder Instructor & Team Leader

  • Qualifications: Clinical Pilates (aka rehab) Diploma at Breathe Education Australia, STOTT PILATES® Reformer – Essential, Intermediate and Advanced Levels, STOTT PILATES® Injuries and Special Populations 

  • Specialty: Using the Pilates method to promote overall well-being and movement, as well as restoring strength, range of motion, and control in clients with injuries and special populations.

  • Philosophy: “I am passionate about guiding each person to discover the strength, balance, and confidence their body can achieve through Pilates.”

  • Fun fact: Passionate about coffee, the sea, and animal welfare; I actively support dog and cat shelters.

  • Qualifications: Balance in Motion Wellness Studio Pilates Reformer – Essential and Intermediate Levels

  • Specialty: Dynamic and versatile instructor who delivers challenging, full-body Pilates workouts. Passionate about using Pilates to boost overall fitness and wellbeing.

  • Philosophy: “Every session is a chance to push your limits and grow stronger, both physically and mentally.”

  • Fun fact: Soccer lover and fitness & nutrition enthusiast.

Instructor

  • Qualifications: STOTT PILATES® Reformer – Essential and Intermediate Levels

  • Specialty: Instructor with training and experience in Mat Pilates, who delivers classes aimed at maintaining physical activity and overall well-being, promoting a healthy lifestyle. 

  • Philosophy: Committed to her work, she strives to provide a space where her students can exercise and stay active, valuing consistency and dedication in every class. 

  • Fun fact: Appreciates beautiful sunsets.
