
Studio Policies
By registering in the studio through Studiobookings system, you agree to the policies outlined below. These terms govern your use of the system and participation in our studio services.
The Studio
We have sufficient parking at street and underground level.
No food or gum is allowed in the studio.
The Class
Sessions are 50 minutes long and start on time. Please do not use your cell phone during class.
Health Condition
Be open and honest about pain and injuries. Your instructor needs to know if you have any pain, injuries, recent broken bones, tightness or other medical issues. It is the only way they can keep you safe.
Minimum Age
Group classes are for individuals aged 14 and up and 1.45m or taller. For minors under 18 parent authorization and signature is needed.
No Kids Space
Unfortunately we cannot allow children to wait inside the studio, we do not have enough space and we want everyone to enjoy movement with as few distractions as possible.
No Pets
Out of respect for the community and the lack of adequate space for pets, please leave them at home.
Pregnancy
At the moment we cannot serve this population, pregnant women. We do not have a prenatal group class and it is not possible to participate in regular group classes. We appreciate your understanding.
Grip Socks
For your safety and comfort, non-slip (grip) socks are mandatory for all members to take class. This will also keep shared Pilates equipment sanitary. If you forget your non-slip socks you may purchase, otherwise you cannot take the class and credit is deducted.
Clothing
Please wear clean and appropriate clothing for your session. Refrain from wearing excesive jewelry. Tie your hair up. Hair gets trapped in some parts of the reformer and affects its performance and can cause you an inconvenience.
Tobacco & Drugs
We are a smoke free and e-cigarette free space. No one under any circumstances may attend class under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If an instructor suspects that a student is a danger to him or herself or to the other students or to the instructor, he or she could ask the cient to leave the class.
10 Minute Rule
Please arrive on time. After 10 minutes of class, clients will not be able to join and the place can be offered to someone waiting.
As a courtesy to everyone, keep conversations and noise in the waiting area to a minimum.
Schedule and Instructors
Classes and scheduled instructors are subject to change without notice. Please refer to the online schedule for current information. We do not guarantee the instructor, number, frequency and timing of any class. We cannot guarantee that you will find availability at a specific time. We increase and reduce schedule according to demand.
You can check availability in the system before purchasing classes.
If 2 hours prior to start, a class shows no bookings, can be cancelled.
Equipment
Use equipment only for intended exercises and never without instructor supervision.
Ensure the equipment is properly adjusted for your body.
Stop exercising if you experience chest pain, feel faint, dizziness, have difficulty breathing or experience musculoskeletal discomfort.
Please wipe off equipment and props when finished and leave everything as you found.
Register
We work with STUDIOBOOKING ONLINE system to register, purchase and manage your classes. Each member must use their own account.
It is a requisite to read and sign a Waiver and general health questionnaire on first class reason why we please ask you to arrive 15 minutes before class time.
Booking
All members agree to use the STUDIOBOOKING ONLINE platform to manage their classes, in the app or website. No bookings, changes or cancellations will be made by phone, email or WhatsApp message. No exceptions. You can book all your credits well in advance.
If for any reason you have an issue with the app you can use the system’s website.
Change & Cancellation Policy
All members agree to our 12-hour policy for change or cancellation. In this case credit is refunded to your account to rebook. Change or cancellation with less than 12 hours result in the deduction of the credit, independent of the reason.
If you need time extension for your package, review the options in this policy.
We strongly encourage a cancellation to be made, at any time, so that another person can use the equipment. The flexibility of the system is convenient for everyone.
Wait List
If the class you want is full, register yourself on the waitlist and when a spot becomes available, you’ll be notified via email and automatically booked into the class.
If you’re on the waitlist, please ensure you check your email for your class confirmation.
If you change your mind or go to sleep and will no longer check the system, it is important that you remove yourself from the list to avoid join the class without realizing it and losing credit.
Once you have been automatically confirmed in the class from the waitlist, 12-hour cancellation policy applies.
Package Expiration
Packages are activated when booking the first class (not when purchase) and have a limited duration of 30 calendar days unless other specified. If you book your first class and cancel out of it, the start date of your package will still be the date of the first class booked.
Important: It is the member’s responsibility to monitor package validity and use credits before expiration.
No extensions will be provided for expired credits.
Package Extension Options
Unused credits will be forfeited if the package expires. However, there are options to extend your package before it expires:
▫️ TRAVEL:
If you are traveling for more than 7 days, you may email proof of travel to extend your package for the period of time you will be away from Los Cabos. The itinerary must be sent prior to the trip departure.
▫️ HEALTH:
If you are not able to exercise due to medical advise, you can send evidence of your doctor's instruction (prescription/letter) by email so that we can extend your package for the indicated time.
▫️OTHER:
1. If a new package is purchased before the expiration date, the member can send us an email or WhatsApp message to request that the expiration date of the previous package be extended to match the new one.
2. You can also extend your package by paying the extension fee of $520 pesos for one (1) month, regardless of the number of classes remaining in your package. The extension fee must be purchased online; we manually change the expiration date afterwards. Only one such extension is allowed per package.
Photography & Video
We respect your privacy and ensure a focused environment during class:
▫️Members are welcome to take photos of themselves before or after class and tag @we_pilates_studio on Instagram.
▫️Members may request prior permission from the instructor to film a short snippet, during class provided it does not disrupt the session or the privacy of others.
▫️Members are not allowed to film the full session. The studio reserves the right to stop any unauthorised recording immediately to protect the privacy of all participants.
▫️Instructors may take short videos or photos during classes for marketing purposes. Your privacy will always be respected, and participants can opt out if the prefer not to be included.
Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you choose to give us will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services, products, and support.
We will never share your personal or financial information with any other party.
No Tip
We appreciate and understand the intention, but please do not tip any of our team members, it is not how we work. If you want to show your appreciation for our excellent service, keep coming to your classes! This way the team will keep their jobs for longer.
Other
Class packages and merchandise sales are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable to another person, with no exceptions.
We Pilates reserves the right to refuse admission and cancel classes due to force majeure or reasons beyond our control.
In case of closure of the studio, holidays, instruction due to health alert or any other cause, all active packages will be extended.
